Store Return Policy:

In-store purchases may be returned in unwashed, unworn, new condition for store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Pitaya does not offer refunds on items purchased in-store. Store credits have no expiration and may be used at any Pitaya location or over the phone by calling 317.465.0000.

Pitaya.com is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We sometimes collect personal information from our users. The following explains what information we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it and what you can do about it.

Children Under 13:

Pitaya.com is for users 13 years of age and older. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to submit personal information on Pitaya.com.
